A: We ship all orders from our warehouse partners, primarily within Europe, depending on stock availability. Most orders to France and EU countries arrive quickly.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are:

• France: 3–7 business days

• Other EU Countries: 5–10 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the link provided.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we primarily ship within the EU. If you’re outside Europe and interested in our products, contact us at info@kaizgar.fr
